Downtown Charleston | Complete Renovation

After a yearlong vacancy, we luckily acquired 278 Meeting Street. We then completed an extensive renovation to this standalone brick building. This included all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC and impact rated windows. We also upgraded the floor plan to make it more attractive and functional for its next owner or tenant – ideal for a salon, boutique real estate office, law firm or art gallery.
